Kami ingin memberitahu tujuan kami buat blog ini bukan ingin mengutuk 100% unikl dari atas sampai ke bawah. dimana bagi kami pembelajaran yang di sediakan cukup berkualiti setanding dengan universiti-universiti lain. kami juga ingin memberitahu yang pelajar-pelajar UniKL juga berkualiti dan aktif dalam pembentukan politik UniKL sendiri.
1. Kami bukan anti UniKL; UniKL adalah di antara tempat terbaik untuk belajar.
2. UniKL menyediakan fakulti dan lecurer yang berkualiti untuk mengajar. dan pasal kemudahan yang berada di unikl kami enggan memberi komen.
3. Kami hanya tidak berpuas hati terhadap Pihak Management Unikl terhadap cara mereka berhadapan dengan pelajar.
4. Penentangan kali ini adalah berbentuk dalaman dan pihak luar tidak patut terlibat, ini adalah salah satu jawapan kenapa tidak perlu melibatkan media. walaubagaimanapun kami masih menerima surat sokongan pihak ketiga tanpa melibatkan media luar.
5. Pembukaan blog ini hanya untuk perbincangan dan pengumpulan pelajar untuk sign petition; sebabnya, terlalu sukar untuk mengumpul pelajar di main campus dan iklan-iklan petition sudah tentunya tidak dibenarkan di lekatkan di main campus. ini adalah cara baik untuk berhubung.
6. Pihak luar yang membaca sila faham; UniKL adalah salah satu universiti terbaik dalam membina graduan cemerlang cuma masalah ini datang dari pihak management.
7. slogan "unikl tipu pelajar" adalah untuk pihak finance yang telah memperlekehkan usaha sesetengah pelajar untuk bertanya sesuatu yang memang perlu di ketahui oleh pelajar. dan slogan ini tidak bermaksud untuk mengutuk kualiti pembelajaran yang disediakan diunikl.
Diharap dengan penjelasan ini dapat memberikan penjelasan terhadap pihak-pihak lain dengan harapan faham maksud sebenar apa yang kami juangankan.
notis : kami telah mengurangkan keagressifan blog ini di atas permintaan pelajar-pelajar yang mengantar email.

I am a senior from UNIKL MIIT. Having had graduated for quite some time now, I guess I havent been well informed of the development or so-called changes over there. But I do hear stories from time to time. Juniors updating me on various issues.
Being a senior, I can honestly say that "Ive been there, done that". Most of the issues that are surfacing in this blog are nothing new. They are the SAME issues from 2-3 years ago, back when I was still a student there.
Seems like the management dont learn from experience. They dont learn from their mistakes, coz clearly they havent changed one bit.Everyone must understand that, this CHANGE and worsening in the management's attitude only started when we MOVED into the new Vision City building. Having had new facilities and wider space, they started being arrogant and selfish. They started to think more about themselves rather than their clients (the students i.e us).
The change also started with the passing of our previous HEP Officer. After she passed away, there was no longer ANYONE who was willing to stand up for the students. No one wanted to listen to our views and complaints anymore. Thus results in what is happening right now.
Until a few years back, the JPM was not as it was now. Ppl WANTED to represent the students, they FOUGHT for our rights and they MADE things happen.
There was a time during my study there, where I was involved in fighting for student rights. The issues then were EXACTLY the same issues as mentioned in this blog (except about the credit hour matter - thats a new system.)
But to no avail, they shut us out, and black listed us. Its a good thing the lecturers supported us. But since the very ppl we are against are also the ppl who hold our records and our rights to graduate, nothing could be done. They threatened to do damage to our name and reputation. They succeeded.
It was bcoz of THIS CASE that the seniors were no longer interested in joining the JPM/MPM. This is when JPM/MPM started to lose its popularity. Potential students who knew the issues and how it was dealt with started to lose interest.
Which is why, only younger, naive and innocent students, who thought they could make some change (whatever it might be) contested for the posts. Being naive of the manipulative ways of the management, in the end they are the ones who become victims. They will be blamed by the students for not doing their jobs. Btul tak? Cuba tanye diorg. So please dont blame them 100%. They dont have the power to change the situation.
Now, you'll notice that those whom have once been involved in JPM/MPM will no longer allow themselves to be in the running for the post ever again. Why? Buang masa, coz NOTHING can be changed from the inside. Buat sakit hati and tambah stress. Buat dosa kering je.
When something good happens - the mgmt take credit. But when something bad happens - they put the blame on the JPM/MPM and the students.
So what did we do back then..? We protested in silence, and boycotted most major events.
So again, I solute whoever is behind this movement. Good for you. Thank you for being a proactive student. You are not in the wrong here. I support you all the way!
Feel free to ask about the seniors experience with the management. Im sure you can learn a lot of things from our side of the story.
Note to the Management: SHAME on you! Ppl are supposed to IMPROVE with past mistakes. But CLEARLY you havent. The students are NOT STUPID. So dont treat us like we're DUMB.

ReplyDeletewe really grateful for your time to comment; we know we are not the first to fight this matters back then. they are several fight from the past but still remain silent until now. for you information JPM/MPP/etc now is not fight for student right but only for management sake. maybe should call as "boneka".
we do agree that the management had change a lot when we started to move in new building. as far as we concern, this matter start became worst like this because the real management ( the one who manage unikl's ) had involve and control all unikl under main campus ( new building).
we do miss arwah ( alfatihah to her) who really fight for student sincerely. we heard after she pass away; HEP officer job no longer exist and we think that's why no one really wiling to stand up for student right.
we already protest in silent from the start but the management become more worst and we cant stand anymore so we try to fight for all students and not for personal matters.
sorry if my English broken; and we hope you will send us your experience against the management in our email. we keep it private first because the management already watching this movement.

kenapa perlu malu? malu pasal makan duit pelajar? kami sebagai pelanggan dan berhak menulis apa-apa yang kami suka, samaada baik atau buruk.
sila lah baca blog kami kenapa kami buka blog ni. dan tak perlu mendengar jawapan finance yang kurang munasabah. setiap jawapan pihak finance akan menunjukkan sendiri kepincangan sistem mereka.
